It is such a fine line working everyone in without burning everyone out. Most of you know Abe has been the master of it over the years (and he still has a hand in it, the guy just can’t tear himself away – one of many reasons we all love him).
So, how does all this magic happen? First we look at the online calendars to see how has marked themselves available (do your calendars people), them we match the events to those we think would most enjoy them and what is the best match for everyone. Kinda a win-win.
And…you may be surprised to know the real wizard behind all of this is Sue Doyle who not only orchestrates this madness but actually gives the final blessing on everything.
