"Gracie was very professional, fun and did a fantastic job keeping everything moving all night long. There was even a point where something happened with one of the speakers and she was right on it and had it fixed within a minute which I was quite impressed with. The wedding reception was a smashing success, thanks to the two of them. They were AWESOME! They were able to read our audience and kept them going! Chris only got the bridal party entrance music that afternoon, but was able to make it work, and flawlessly at that. The centerpiece giveaway was truly priceless, and the shoe game between Ron and I was a surprise but so entertaining and funny! Our bridal party loved Chris, he took care of us all night. "Brian H. was great. We really wanted a low-key mellow party with good food, good friends and good music. Brian took care of that last one for us. My husband likes country music (not so great for dancing) but Brian was able to mix it in nicely so Jimmy had his favorite songs and the dancing crowd got the hits when they wanted it. He spoke to me at length before the party and asked lots of smart questions so I knew days in advance that I would not have to worry about this part of the party. "First of all my wedding was the most spectacular day of my life and that is in no small part a result of all the vendors and things that were planned for in my wedding. After the event was over I heard about my dress and the flowers, the food, all sorts of things but by far we got the most compliments on the music and the DJ. People just LOVED Chad. He's fun and sweet and very personable but he is also INCREDIBLY professional. He was ALWAYS right by our side or checking in with us. When I looked around for a microphone he was already right there. He had the music for the first dance all perfect. We asked him to play a certain song right after and he said no problem. He played the best mix of music that kept everyone on the floor. I heard from people that we played "150 of my favorite songs." I can't say enough good things about him, including the fact that we loved that he seemed to love the music. He was singing along and having a great time and people loved that. "Mark did a fabulous job! He played great music that kept the crowd dancing all night. And I'm sure that if you saw pictures, you'd think it was especially lively dancing. We received many compliments on what a great job he did. Fred and I had not given him any sort of playlist, so he chose all the great songs on his own. Mark also did a wonderful job of getting a 99% non-Jewish crowd up to dance the Horrah. I don't think a single person was left in their seats. My Catholic Mom is now convinced that the Horrah should be the dancing kick-off for every wedding. Last but not least, Mark was technically very flexible and accommodating. We had an unusual layout of events, and he went the extra mile to ensure that there were speakers in the cocktail lounge where we chose to do our first dance and toasts. "I threw this gorgeous outdoor wedding, right by the bay, for one of my best friends, and over and over again I heard more about the music than even the phenomenal view:

"I LOVE this song!" "This is the best music I have ever heard at a wedding!" "This music is perfect!" "That DJ chick is hot!"

She took a ton of music requests beforehand, found even the most obscure songs we wanted, and was total professionalism and charm on the day of - totally prepared, set up early, figured everything out with a generator and no electricity and even handled being hit on by groomsmen repeatedly with ease, and well, a ton of grace. For us - a personalized mix of casual neo-soul, Brazilian grooves and a range of eclectic eccentricities - so lovely. There was NO cheese (no damn chicken dances), no annoying chit-chat, really just perfection. I never had a single worry about sound during the ceremony or reception and she earned my complete confidence - and gave us an excellent rate, too!

Based on my conversations with her pre-wedding, this girl knows her music - from Mack 10 to bossa nova, from disco to obscure art rock - she can put a party together around it well, which is pretty awesome.

"Just as you guys showcased back in January, we have had so many people talk about the wedding overall and how great it was. So many commented on the Newly wed test and how funny it was. "Words cannot express how pleased we were with Mark. I gave him a few pieces of info about the type of music we liked, and basically told him to keep the party going. Well, he did! I have been to a few weddings by now and I have NEVER seen my friends dance so much. He even had my 85 year old aunt out on the dance floor! Best of all, my father claims he had the most fun out of anybody. You couldn't take him off the dance floor! I recommend Mark to anybody looking for a DJ- or a band. "Chris was a rock star on Saturday! I was so happy with the service Denon and Doyle provided. He was so accommodating to the other vendors and he really took a lot of stress of me. We had an officiant who wasn't very keen on being mic'd for the ceremony and the videographer wanted him to be mic'd as well. Chris was really great at helping me convince the officiant to wear a mic and he worked very well with the videographer to help him get some audio.

During the reception there was 4 or 5 last minute speeches that family member wanted to give and Chris did such a good job at mixing them in and making sure they went at the proper time. "Everything went great! I am working on thank you letters and will get those out as soon as I can. There was a lot of buzz about the event and the guests who attended had nothing but good things to say. Tim was a pleasure to work with and this was the second time that I had worked with him on an event and he was accommodating, professional and very attentive to the guests. The karaoke station was absolutely jammed packed for two hours so he definitely earned his salary.

I was slightly hesitant at first to bring Tyler in as my DJ as I was not given a sample of his music or what he would play (I received a written playlist) but I trusted Chris after extensive talks about the type of sound I needed and the environment I wanted to achieve.
